Revisiting Eternal

After running around this morning trying to track down various things for Halloween I came home and started going through footage from my Eternal trailer to get clips together to send to Megan Lee Joy (meganleejoy.com) for her reel. I should have sent the footage to her ages ago but I wanted to get some more VFX shots finished up so that she had more then what made it into the trailer. So I spent the night making various tweaks to the footage that was almost done and finishing up some shots i'd Started in AE. Then finally cut it all together into one long clip that was sort of a rough cut of the various types of footage such as dialogue, Fight scenes etc and uploaded it to dropbox. Which is still taking it's sweet time to process the upload. After going through all this footage again it made me realize that it would be so much fun to work on a short vampire web series based on Eternal. I then realized there are tons of vampire shows and web shows and movies and well everything at he moment so maybe that wouldn't be the best use of my time but still it would be a lot of fun and given half the chance I'd start filming immediately. Maybe I should set up an Eternal donation box and save my pennies until I could make the feature and/or web series. Anyways leave me some comments or suggestions about what you think should happen to Eternal.

I woke up this morning at went out filming with Jesse Tobler (@JesseTobler) we had a lot of really good conversation and spent some time walking around and filming some scenes to work with in After Effects but just mainly for the enjoyment of being out filming. We got some really great stuff so I'm excited to sit down and do some editing with him I think we'll end up with some really rad footage to post. I also went and picked up a CD with some photos on it for another After Effects project that I'm working on. It will be a commercial that will air in Douglas, Lane, and Coos counties for a small business in the Roseburg area I'm pretty excited to get working on it I will in short be taking some photos and animating them in fun ways with a magical prince and princess sort of feel to them but I'll tell you more on that later as it comes along. I'm hoping to get a good solid start on that tomorrow depending on how the day plays out.

What to do for Halloween.

Halloween is coming up soon and I have been working hard on my costume. last years costume was kinda lackluster and didn't turn out the way I had hoped so this year I have stepped it up. I can't tell you what it is yet but I am very excited about it i just finished up the last piece today and it looks great the plan is to have some media up for it early this week so every one can finally see what it is perferably a video but at least some photos until the video is posted. At the moment I have no big plans for the night but I want to do something fun, go have a few drinks or run around downtown anything really I just want to be out. There were some thaughts about going out of town but due to my schedule I don't think that will happen. If any one has any ideas or would like to share their plans leave me a comment.

Summer Classes

Well it looks like there's no way I can pass my math class. So I'm going to have to take classes over the summer. Even though I'm still technically graduating. Seems pointless to go through all the graduation ceremonies when I still have a class outstanding. Oh well. After finding all of this out I decided to get out of town so I'll be posting lots of pictures from my weekend on my Flickr account.

College is coming to an end and unfortunately I'm very far behind. So I have decided not to make a VLOG this week because it would not be in my best interest so I'll have another one up as soon as I'm able to get all my class work done...I'll Keep you posted.

Very Busy Weekend

I went up to Portland Friday to help set up for a shoot finished up late in the day and was back on set at 8:00am the next morning. After Saturdays shoot I headed backdown to Eugene and got some sleep. Today I got up had lunch with my friend from my hometown, worked on my blog intro, then went and had some drinks with my Girlfriend and her friends from work to enjoy the sun.












Overall. .. A good weekend.
